Meadow Lake Hideaway is a gorgeous and spacious 4400 square foot home located in the beautiful Meadow Lake resort area of Columbia Falls. Meadow Lake Hideaway is centrally located between Glacier National Park and Whitefish (15 miles), 28 miles to Flathead Lake and only 45 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort (Big Mountain). This property allows for year-round rental due to its perfect location for biking, hiking, fishing, water sports, golf, and winter sports. This home has full amenities for all family members to offer meaningful experiences for all ages and abilities including elevator access between the main and lower floors. 

This spacious home is situated on 20 private acres with several hundred feet of Garnier Creek babbling through the property. Morning coffee and evening dining on the top porch while watching the sun rise and set is breathtaking. The mountain views and beautifully manicured lawns are spectacular in every way.

Many deer and other wildlife call Meadow Lake Hideaway their home. The property is peaceful and calm, allowing wildlife to also feel at home. Enjoy the sunset & stars on a upper or lower deck with a gas fire pit, ten person salt water jacuzzi & outdoor table & chairs.

This home is perfect for making memories while on family vacation or corporate retreats. The spacious manicured grounds are fantastic for playing games and are the perfect environment for team building and corporate events.

The drive up to Meadow Lake Hideaway through the private gates will take your breath away. Upon entering the front doors of the home, your eyes will be drawn to the high ceilings and spectacular family living area including a 22-foot high stone and gas fireplace. This room with its "Montana flair", provides comfortable seating and has a 65" smart TV with Roku to watch with family members. 

The kitchen is fully stocked with several coffee makers, a cappuccino machine, blender, juicer, crockpot, toaster, microwave, lots of cookware and accessories to accommodate the best of chefs. The dining room seats six and the beautiful granite countertops and bar allow for an additional four to be seated for inside meals. The upper and lower decks allows seating for outdoor dining, extra-large comfy lounge chairs, a firepit, a BBQ gas grill, a bar, bar sized cooler for entertaining your guests and best of all, a ten person saltwater jacuzzi. 

The primary bedroom on the main floor has a king-size bed, and a beautiful see-through gas fireplace that creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. For our guests that enjoy snuggling up with their favorite book, reading lamps are provided on each bedside table. For guests who can't miss their latest "must watch" episode, a 55" smart TV with Roku is available to keep you current before drifting off to sleep. For guests not quite ready to call it a night, a private door leading out to the upper deck to enjoy your favorite nightcap is a perfect way to end your evening. 

The primary bedroom’s en suite features double vanities, walk in shower, oversized bathtub and see-through fireplace. We highly recommend lighting a fire and enjoying a warm bubble bath.

The main floor guest bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed and is full of color and fun with a nice seating area and beautiful views of the manicured lawns. Conveniently located just outside of the guest bedroom is a full-size bathroom. 

On the lower level of the home, you will find a large game room stocked with games, arts and crafts for the kids, a chess board, and a ping pong table. While the children are playing games, enjoy a relaxing soak in the jacuzzi located on the lower deck outside the game room doors. Knowing that packing can be tight, jacuzzi robes are available to purchase by QR Code or complimentary large soft towels are provided in the game room as you walk out. 

On the lower level, a full-size bathroom with double vanities and an oversized shower accommodates guests of all ages and abilities.  

The media room has a 60" smart TV with Roku and a DVD player. This room also has four big comfy chairs and a pull-out sofa for additional guests should you need it. Off the media room, you will find a third bedroom that has a bunk bed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed above. There are two additional twin-size beds in this room allowing five to sleep comfortably. This room also has a 55" smart TV with Roku. 

For those guests whose "office" travels with them, a fourth bedroom offers a quiet work environment equipped with a desk, monitor and printer for your convenience. As you work, you will be able to enjoy the beautiful views of the meadow and hopefully catch a glimpse of wildlife. This bedroom also offers a queen-size bed, TV and private access to the bathroom. 

For your convenience, there is a huge laundry room on the main floor with a commercial size washer and dryer. No need to overpack!

Location & Things To Do:

As the saying goes, it is all about location, location, location. This property is centrally located 15 minutes between Whitefish and Glacier National Park and only 45 minutes to Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort (locally known as Big Mountain). Because of its ideal location, you and your guests have access to numerous outdoor sporting activities.

Columbia Falls is known as the Gateway to Glacier National Park - West Glacier is only about 20 minutes away from Columbia Falls!

During the summer months, Columbia Falls is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts, with nearby hiking trails, mountain biking, zip line adventures, whitewater rafting, fishing, and so much more!

In the winter months, guests can head to Whitefish Mountain Resort for skiing and snowboarding. Big Mountain, as locals still lovingly call it has 3,000 acres of world class downhill skiing at the ski resort, with spectacular views of Glacier National Park from the summit! Go snowshoeing through the woods, book a snowmobile trip, try ice fishing, or enjoy a day trip to Glacier National Park - this is a must-visit for nature enthusiasts!
